Shipping and handling policy
Product Delivery
RISA will deliver the products requested by you to the address you provide us with. We dispatch orders within the standard delivery timeline after your order is received and accepted.
- You will have all the ownership of the products once you have fully paid and received the order, and they will be held at your own risk. RISA will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
- Customers are completely liable for any loss or damage that may occur if they request that orders be left with courier company.
- If an item is labeled as delivered and you (the User) claim that you did not receive it, we are not liable for the loss.
Delivery Timeline
RISA holds a standard delivery timeline of 5-7 business days from the date you have placed your order on.
Shipping Costs
The shipping price of each order depends on the city the order is being delivered to. The computed final price that a customer will pay will comprise of product total price and shipping cost.
Payment Method & Limit
Currently RISA only provides CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) on all items ordered through our website or any other social platform.
Please note: COD does not apply on orders above 10,000 PKR. Any orders placed with amount exceeding 10,000 PKR shall be paid via jazz cash/easy paisa/bank transfer.
Cancellations
If you change your mind prior to acquiring your ordered good or refuse your article when being delivered, RISA reserves all rights to cancel any/all future orders from that client.
