Our return policy applies only on orders that have anything missing/incorrect by the brand, RISA.
Our return and refund policy exempts any products identified on the Website as sale. RISA will only authorize the request of return/refund, if the mistake is at our end and if the request for refund/return is generated within two days after receiving the parcel with substantial evidence of purchase and returned in their original condition. This implies that the goods should not have been damaged, soiled, cleaned, changed, or worn (other than to check on the item) and that any/all labels or tags should be present.
In case of refund, after RISA receives your returned item, we will notify you. Our team will inspect the item for evidence of wear or damage. As soon as our team completes the initial examination, we will notify you and keep you updated on the status of your refund application.
In order to provide the highest quality of service to our RISA clients, RISA retains the right to refuse reimbursements if our return policy is being exploited (such as excessive returns, reselling, or fraud).
RISA does not provide exchange on orders. However, if there’s a mistake on our end, the customers can exchange products within two days after receiving the product. RISA will only exchange or refund a product if it is defected or if the wrong product has been delivered.
To be eligible for exchange, the product must meet certain criteria:
Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged/returned.
Customers should be aware that there may be slight variations in color/texture /accessories/beading compared to what is seen on screens due to differences in color monitors/screens and lighting during photoshoots. Therefore, products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
